How do I sign up for a membership?

What should I wear or bring to a wellness session?
We provide fresh towels, robes, and slippers for every session. For cryotherapy and ice bath treatments, please bring or wear underwear or a swimsuit. For infrared sauna sessions, swimwear or loose, comfortable clothing is recommended. Changing facilities with secure lockers and showers are available on-site. No other preparation is required.

Can I combine multiple treatments in a single visit?
Yes. Many of our clients combine therapies in a single visit - for example, cryotherapy followed by an infrared sauna session for a contrast therapy effect, or a wellness treatment paired with an IV drip. Our team can advise on the most effective sequencing for your goals. Combined treatment bundles are available at reduced rates.
