Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Aspire Clinic. We are an integrated wellness practice bringing together advanced dentistry, refined aesthetics, and evidence-based wellness therapies under one roof at our flagship location in Fitzrovia, London.

These Terms of Service ('Terms') govern your access to and use of our website at www.theaspireclinic.com (the 'Website') and the services we provide at our clinic ('Services'). Please read them carefully.

By accessing our Website, booking an appointment, or receiving treatment at Aspire Clinic, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website or Services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the agreement between us.

About Aspire Clinic

Aspire Clinic is operated by Aspire Clinic London Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales.

Registered address: 29–35 Mortimer Street, London W1T 3JG

Aspire Clinic works in close association with Aspire Dental Academy, connecting patients with clinicians who teach, train, and shape best practice in their respective disciplines. This relationship underpins our commitment to clinical excellence and continual professional development.

Services Provided

Aspire Clinic provides integrated healthcare and wellness services across three pillars:

  • Dentistry — including general, restorative, preventive, and specialist dental treatments.
  • Aesthetics — including non-surgical facial aesthetic treatments designed to achieve natural, refined results.
  • Wellness — including evidence-based longevity therapies such as red light therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and cryotherapy.

Our Services are provided by appropriately qualified and registered professionals. All dental treatment is provided under the oversight of clinicians registered with the General Dental Council (GDC). Aesthetic and wellness services are delivered by clinicians with the relevant qualifications and professional registrations for each modality.

The availability of specific treatments is subject to clinical assessment and eligibility. Aspire Clinic reserves the right to decline to provide any treatment where, in the professional judgement of the treating clinician, it would not be appropriate, safe, or in the patient's best interests.

Eligibility

Our Services are available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older, unless a treatment is specifically indicated for younger patients and is accompanied by appropriate parental or guardian consent in line with legal and professional requirements.

By booking with Aspire Clinic, you confirm that:

  • You are 18 years of age or older, or that you are the parent or legal guardian of the patient and have authority to consent on their behalf.
  • All information you provide to us — including medical history, contact details, and payment information — is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
  • You will promptly notify us of any changes to your medical history, medications, or personal details that may be relevant to your care.

Aspire Clinic is not able to provide care to patients whose medical history or circumstances fall outside the safe scope of our clinical team's competence. In such cases, we will endeavour to direct you to an appropriate specialist or facility.

Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Booking Appointments

Appointments may be booked via our Website, by telephone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability and are not confirmed until you receive a written confirmation from our team.

We may require certain information before confirming an appointment, including basic medical history, the nature of your enquiry, and your payment or deposit details where applicable.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances change. We ask that you give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and at least 48 hours' notice wherever possible.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Where a deposit has been taken, this may be forfeited in accordance with our cancellation policy communicated to you at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling requests should be made:

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your full appointment and may need to reschedule. A cancellation fee may apply.

Non-Attendance

Patients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice (a 'no-show') may be charged a no-show fee. Repeated non-attendance may affect your ability to book future appointments with us.

Clinic Cancellations

In the rare event that Aspire Clinic needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we will contact you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative appointment or a full refund of any deposit paid.

Payment Terms and Fees

Pricing

The fees for our Services will be confirmed to you in advance, either during a consultation, at the time of booking, or via a written treatment plan. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Aspire Clinic reserves the right to adjust its fee schedule at any time. Any changes to fees for treatment already agreed in a written plan will be discussed with you prior to treatment.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of treatment unless a specific payment arrangement has been agreed in writing. We accept payment by the methods displayed in our clinic and on our Website at the time of your appointment.

Where a deposit is required to secure an appointment, the amount and terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable except where Aspire Clinic cancels the appointment.

Finance and Payment Plans

Where third-party finance options are made available, these are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant finance provider. Aspire Clinic is not responsible for the terms of any third-party finance arrangement. Eligibility for finance is subject to the provider's own assessment criteria.

Outstanding Balances

Outstanding balances must be settled promptly. Aspire Clinic reserves the right to refer overdue accounts to a debt recovery service and to recover reasonable costs associated with doing so.
