Most patients describe brief, mild discomfort — like a small pinch lasting 1–2 seconds per injection point. We use ultra-fine needles, and treatment is over quickly (10–15 minutes). Topical numbing is available but rarely needed. Pain level: 2–3 out of 10 for most patients.

At your 2-week follow-up, we can adjust if needed. Note: we cannot reverse botulinum toxin; adjustments involve balancing with additional treatment.

No. If you discontinue treatment, muscle activity gradually returns to pre-treatment levels over 3–4 months. You'll return to baseline, not worse than before you started. However, without continued treatment, natural ageing processes continue.

There's no single "best" age — it depends on when you develop lines. Many people begin preventive treatment in late 20s or early 30s when dynamic lines first appear. Others wait until lines are established in their 40s–50s. We can assess and advise based on your individual situation.
