The Referral Process

Submit Your Referral
Complete our online referral form via the Dentist Portal, or download and email a paper form. Include clinical notes, X-rays, and any relevant history.

We Contact Your Patient
Our team contacts your patient within 2 working days to arrange an appointment. You receive confirmation once booked.

Treatment & Report
Following each appointment, a full clinical report is sent to your practice — including findings, treatment delivered, and any recommendations for ongoing care.

Patient Returned to You
On completion of specialist treatment, your patient is formally discharged back to your care with a comprehensive discharge summary.
