Profhilo is a bio-remodelling injectable that works at a fundamentally different level from traditional fillers or anti-wrinkle treatments. Protocol Planning

Profhilo requires two treatment sessions spaced four weeks apart. The first primes tissue and initiates collagen and elastin stimulation; the second amplifies and completes the remodelling process. We provide transparent pricing for the complete protocol and discuss whether additional areas — neck, décolletage, hands — would benefit from treatment alongside the face.

First Treatment Session

We cleanse your skin thoroughly — no numbing cream is required, as treatment is minimally uncomfortable. Using ultra-fine needles, we inject small amounts of Profhilo at the five BAP (Bio-Aesthetic Points) on each side of the face. Small bumps appear at each injection site, resembling minor mosquito bites — completely normal and expected. These resolve within 24–48 hours as the product distributes through tissue layers. Most patients describe the sensation as brief pinching lasting seconds per point.

Between-Session Period

Injection-point bumps resolve within 24–48 hours as Profhilo spreads through tissue. Over the following four weeks, you may notice subtle improvements — increased hydration, a slight improvement in firmness, early signs of radiance returning. Avoid aggressive facial treatments during this period, but otherwise resume all normal activities immediately. Optimal results require the second session.

Second Treatment Session

Identical to the first treatment — same BAP injection points, same quick procedure. This second session amplifies the bio-remodelling effect initiated by the first. The combined impact of both sessions creates the comprehensive skin quality transformation that defines Profhilo’s results.

Results Development

Progressive improvement occurs over the weeks following your second treatment as collagen and elastin production reaches its peak. Peak results typically appear 8–12 weeks after the second session.
