A comprehensive medical history is taken before any treatment begins. We do not treat patients for whom treatment is contraindicated, regardless of their preference. Minimal. Most Aspire Clinic patients return to their normal day immediately. Mild swelling or bruising may occur and typically resolves within 24–72 hours. We advise avoiding strenuous exercise, alcohol, and direct heat for 24 hours post-treatment. Evening appointments are available for patients who prefer to recover discreetly overnight.
